I have tried to view hidden files in windows explore, but no help. I can transfer a lot of data, but only a percentage is visable.
Tried to use a card reader directly to windows explore, but only get limited videos. I just saw a youtube video on methods to transfer to Ipad, but need to order a cable. (I suppose there is a possibility of a corrupt SD card, and only views in the camera, but unable to view elsewhere) The issue might not be the software but the SD card itself, I really just don't know. What I will try to do is uninstall both versions of the software, then start over.and do you suggest starting the app first and turning the camera on, or having the camera on then starting the app?
